Sullivan Advises Trailblazer Merger Corp. on Business Combination with Cyabra
Sullivan advised Trailblazer Merger Corporation I ("Trailblazer"), a special purpose acquisition company, on its business combination with Cyabra, Inc., a company that enables organizations to identify coordinated manipulation in online narratives and take evidence-based action to protect trust and authenticity. The transaction was approved by Trailblazer’s stockholders and closed on March 27, 2026. The combined company operates as Cyabra, Inc., with its common stock beginning trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “CYAB.” The business combination advances Cyabra’s mission to combat disinformation at scale, positioning it as a publicly traded platform focused on protecting digital integrity for enterprises and governments.
