Biography

Alice is a member of the firms’ U.S and Israeli capital markets groups. Her work includes advising a diverse set of clients in the hi-tech and life sciences industries on all aspects of corporate and securities law. Alice often guides Israeli and international companies seeking to have their securities traded in the United States, advising clients in both public offerings and private placements. She also advises clients with respect to corporate governance matters, as well as SEC compliance and disclosures.

Prior to joining Sullivan, Alice was a private civil litigator for two United States law firms based in Chicago. Her practice focused on the defense of professional negligence claims; zealously representing physicians, medical groups, hospitals and other allied healthcare providers in a wide range of complex personal injury and wrongful death matters.

In addition to her focus on healthcare-related matters, Alice has also represented corporate clients on a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including business and commercial disputes, trade secrets, labor and employment disputes, and business torts.

While at the University of Illinois Chicago Law School, Alice was a Presiding Barrister for the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Council, a student attorney with the Pro Bono Litigation Clinic and a Student Publications Editor for the UIC Law Review.
