  • Represented, pro bono, multiple children attending statewide virtual public school in action against Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association challenging arbitrary rule that prevents such children from participating in interscholastic athletics programs
  • Represents the developer of a proposed 625,000 square foot office building in the metropolitan area defending zoning challenge by adjacent property owners in Superior Court
  • Represents landowners on Martha’s Vineyard challenging a Conservation Commission decision that disregards WPA and applicable language of town By-Laws, in actions pending in both the Massachusetts Superior Court and before the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection
