Sullivan & Worcester Elects Four New Partners in Firm's Boston, NYC Offices

Boston, New York  Sullivan & Worcester LLP announced today that the firm has elected four associates to its 2022 partnership class. Two of the new partners are located in the firm’s Boston headquarters and two are in the firm’s New York City office.

"All four of these lawyers are outstanding professionals who have made valuable contributions to the firm and we are very pleased to welcome them to the partnership," said Joel Carpenter, managing partner at Sullivan. "Advancing talented young attorneys and acknowledging their terrific work is always gratifying. With their strong legal and client service skills, we are confident they’ll continue to be outstanding contributors to the firm for many years to come."

In Boston, the new partners are –

William C. Hanson is a member of the firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on private equity investments, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He regularly represents public and private funds and financial institutions in primary and secondary investments, mergers and acquisitions, credit facilities and corporate restructuring. Will received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. at Dartmouth College.

Erika L. Todd is a member of the firm's Litigation group. She has a broad practice that includes complex, commercial litigation, as well as art and employment litigation. She also provides employment counseling. She has argued before the First Circuit Court of Appeals and assisted with representing clients at the U.S. Supreme Court. A director of the Harvard Law School Association of Massachusetts, she received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A., with High Distinction, from University of Virginia.

In the firm’s NYC office –

Michael DeDonato is a member of the Corporate group. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, particularly on securities regulation, public and private debt and equity transactions (including IPOs and follow-on public offerings), compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He earned his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. at University of Pennsylvania.

Michael S. Palmisciano is a member of the Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on the clearance, prosecution, enforcement and licensing of trademarks and copyrights. He has significant experience advising digital media and entertainment clients, including on pre-publication clearance of editorial and branded video content and the use of trademarks and titles in creative works and advertising campaigns. Mike received his J.D., cum laude, at Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Boston College.
