Boston, MA - Richard Jones, a partner and director of the firm’s Tax Department, has been named a 2026 “Go To Taxation Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Each year, the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Go To Lawyer” program honors top attorneys across the Commonwealth who are leaders in their field with a long history of success. Nominees are selected by their colleagues and chosen by a panel from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Rich concentrates on state and local tax (SALT) litigation and transactional planning involving corporate, personal income and sales/use tax matters. He has more than two decades of experience before the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, the Supreme Judicial Court, various state Departments of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service on a range of issues, including corporate nexus, domicile, apportionment, step transaction, and unitary reporting.
