Boston, MA – International law firm Sullivan & Worcester announced today that Chinyere S. Okogeri, an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice, has been accepted into the 2025 ACG Boston Accelerator Program, the region’s premiere leadership development program for rising leaders in the M&A community.

Now in its 11th year, the 2025 ACG Boston Accelerator Program will bring together Chinyere and 23 other individuals active in Boston’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions fields for two days of intensive, focused learning and unparalleled opportunities to build career-long relationships within the deal community. The event is scheduled for July 30 through August 1 in Portland, Maine.

Chinyere currently represents a diverse base of public and private clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and major financial institutions in complex matters. She handles various corporate and securities matters and secured and unsecured financing transactions. Her practice involves representing public companies in securities law compliance, disclosure and periodic reporting, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate organization and governance matters.

Chinyere is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Colgate University.

About ACG Boston Accelerator Program

The ACG Boston Accelerator Program is a unique experience where participants are able to develop the skills needed to be strong future leaders and jump-start the growth of their networks of M&A peers.

Accelerator program qualifications include:

  • Must be in one of the following: private equity or other investor (family office/strategic buyer), investment banking, accounting, lender, attorney or other transactional advisor.
  • 5+ years of experience, or ready to expand their business development activity for the firm.
  • Growing leader in the firm with strong command of their business.
  • Should be involved in sourcing, financing, or executing M&A transactions at closing or pre-closing stage.
