When: September 18, 2026
Location: Virtual Conference
People: Molly E. Depew

Molly Depew presented “Basics of Estate and Trust Administration” at the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Skills Training for Estate Planners, a virtual conference taking place September 17–18 and sponsored by the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section.

The program offered a streamlined, practice-focused introduction to estate planning for attorneys building skills in trusts and estates. Ideal for young lawyers and those transitioning into the field, the course provided a strong foundation in core estate planning principles. Led by a distinguished faculty of subject-matter experts, the curriculum covered a broad range of essential topics in a clear and accessible format.

Molly’s session reviewed the steps involved in estate administration and considerations for executors, as well as the operational side of trusts, including the role of trust accountings and the duties of a trustee. She presented the session with co-presenter John Strohmeyer of John Strohmeyer Law.
