Biography

Peter’s practice covers a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on affordable housing finance. He advises clients on portfolio and single-site financings, acquisitions/dispositions and development matters. In Peter's lending practice, he negotiates with borrowers, tax credit investors and governmental entities, and has closed loans for projects featuring complex ground lease and condominium structures. He has worked on transactions utilizing federal and state low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bond financings and HUD/FHA insurance.

Prior to joining Sullivan, Peter was an attorney at the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.
