Boston, MA – Global law firm, Sullivan & Worcester, is pleased to announce that the firm has achieved 2022-2023 Mansfield 6.0 Certification. Mansfield Certification is a structured process designed to help boost inclusivity, access, and diversity in leadership at law firms and legal departments.

The Mansfield Rule 6.0 certification requires law firms to consider at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers – such as women lawyers, lawyers from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities – when admitting lawyers to the partnership, among a dozen other activities that focus on the path to leadership. Firms must also consider 30% underrepresented talent for C-suite roles.
