Patrick Dinardo was mentioned and quoted in the article "Sotheby's Blames Luxury Tower Developer For Costly Typo," published by Law360 [sub. req.’d].

The article discusses Gibson Sotheby's accusation that 150 Seaport LLC, the developer of the luxury condominium project on the Boston waterfront known as the St. Regis, somehow took advantage of a misplaced decimal point in a brokerage agreement for the multimillion-dollar condos, according to a Complaint filed Thursday in Suffolk Superior Court. On behalf of the developer, Pat had replied to a demand letter from Gibson Sotheby’s last Spring, stating that the claim was “entirely without factual or legal basis.”

150 Seaport now refutes the entire claim that it is based on a "false notion" that there was ever an agreement for a 0.25% fee.

In response to the allegation, Pat, who represents 150 Seaport, said: "The allegation that 150 Seaport surreptitiously changed the fee is an attempt to rewrite history that stands in direct contrast with the parties' correspondence and understanding."
