Sullivan & Worcester announced today that Emily Brewer and Brandon Schneider, associates in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, have been accepted into the 2026 LCLD (Leadership Council on Legal Diversity) Pathfinder Program. Designed for high-potential, early-career attorneys, the Pathfinder Program offers a year-long journey that builds leadership skills, fosters meaningful connections and enhances career development. As members of the 2026 Pathfinder class, Emily and Brandon will spend the coming year exploring their career and leadership potential they have demonstrated at the firm. Throughout the year, they will participate in class meetings and activities intended to broaden their career-development and relationship-building skills.

This year's slate of interactive events includes the LCLD 2026 Pathfinder Spring Meeting, being held March 9-10, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. This annual gathering kicks off the year of LCLD programming for the new Pathfinder class and includes networking opportunities as well as engaging classes and coaching sessions.
