Aidan BrowneBenjamin Armour and David Danovitch were interviewed for the article "Sullivan, One of the Top 200 Law Firms in the US, Wants to Help Irish Companies Raise Capital in America," published by The Currency [sub. req'd] on April 2, 2024.

The article summarizes Sullivan's continued commitment to help Irish companies looking to expand their business into the United States. Aidan, Ben and David traveled to Dublin to meet Irish companies to outline the various approaches to raising capital in the U.S., either on the stock market or privately. "We are meeting half a dozen companies, various advisors, and Enterprise Ireland," Aidan explained. "We want to help them access capital markets in the United States."

Sullivan has carved out a significant niche advising overseas companies on listing on the Nasdaq as well as the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Chicago. "We have taken a lot of companies off AIM in London and brought them on to NASDAQ," David said. "The AIM market just wasn’t working for these companies liquidity wise. We took a lot of promising technology biotech companies to the U.S."

With Ireland's thriving life sciences industry and strong cultural links with the United States, the trio is optimistic that this success can be replicated.

"The U.S. offers cash and customers for any growing company," Ben added. "We look at certain foreign jurisdictions, like Israel and the Nordic region where we’ve had success, and we think we can do it in Ireland too."
