Anna Lea McNerney, associate in Sullivan & Worcester's litigation department, was quoted in the article "$32M Malpractice Suit Was Filed Too Late, Judge Says," published by Law360 [sub. req'd] on December 8, 2025. The article reports on a federal magistrate judge's recommendation to fully dismiss Recovery Effort Inc.’s malpractice suit and related claims against law firm Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP and partner Yoav Griver over a 2013 settlement involving the Orly Genger 1993 Trust, finding that all of the claims are time-barred under applicable New York statutes of limitations.

"We're gratified that the court recognized this case should be entirely dismissed," said Anna Lea, who served as defense counsel with partner Michael Sullivan in the case.
