Sullivan is pleased to welcome its 2026 class of Summer Associates to the firm, along with our 1L Transactional Summer Associate Fellow. Sullivan's Summer Program gives summer associates a realistic sense of the working environment they'll experience and the culture that they’ll be a part of as full-time attorneys.

Ava Dzilenski
Boston Office
Ava is a second year law student at Suffolk University Law School. Last fall, she served as a teaching assistant for torts for Professor Weishart, and she currently serves as Staff Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review and Secretary of the Women’s Law Association (for which she served as 1L representative last year). Before attending Suffolk University Law School, Ava received her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Florida State University. This past summer she served as intern for the Chief Legal Counsel in the Office of Legal Counsel, Boston Municipal Court Department.
Seoyoung (Rachel) Jung
New York Office
Rachel is a second year law student at Syracuse University College of Law, where she serves as associate editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law, is a research assistant with the Innovation Law Center, and is a member of the Advocacy Honor Society – Alternative Dispute Resolution Division, the Korean Law Students Association, and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She has made the Dean’s List and received the College of Law Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Rachel received her B.A. in English Language and Literature at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Rachel spent this past summer working as a 1L summer associate with the law firm Lee & Ko in Seoul, South Korea.
Rhea Kalluri
Boston Office; 1L Transactional Summer Associate Fellow
Rhea is a first year law student at Boston University School of Law, where she is a member of the Health Law Association, Women of Color, Patent Board and South Asian Association. Prior to law school, Rhea obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Health from Boston University. During her master’s program, Rhea served as a Graduate Research Assistant at BU’s Center for Health Law, Ethics, and Human Rights. Rhea will spend the first half of the summer working at Sullivan alongside our 2L summer associates, and she will spend the second half of the summer working with the in-house legal department at one of our firm’s clients.
Rose-Darla Pascal
Boston Office
Darla is a second year law student at Boston College Law School, where she serves as student ambassador and member of the Black Law Student Association, and served as the 1L representative on the Board of Student Advisors. Prior to Boston College Law School, Darla attended University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Public Health Sciences & Philosophy. Darla worked in the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement in Boston before starting law school, and last summer she worked as a Student Attorney in the Estate Planning Project at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
Michael Simpson
Boston Office
Michael is a second year law student at Boston University School of Law, where he is a joint JD/MBA candidate and a Student Attorney in the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic (Venture and Finance Practice Group). Michael also serves as Co-President of the Black Law Students Association. This past summer, Michael was Sullivan’s 1L Transactional Summer Associate Fellow during which he split his summer between working at our firm alongside our 2L summer associates and working with the in-house legal department at one of our firm’s clients. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Louisiana State University. Prior to beginning law school, he was a Boston University Pre-Law Academy Scholar and interned at a Boston-area real estate firm.
Victoria Wong

Victoria is a second year JD/MBA Candidate at the Boston University School of Law. She is a staff editor on the Review of Banking and Financial Law, worked with the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic in the Venture and Finance Practice Group, serves as the editor-in-chief of the BU Law Legalese Literary Magazine and is Vice President of Professional Development of the Business Law Society. Before attending Boston University School of Law, Victoria earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. This past summer, Victoria was a Judicial Intern in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, she worked at an environmental consulting firm.
