Irish Investment Limited Partnership Law Amendments: Initial Observations
John Hunt moderated a recorded virtual presentation that discussed the general terms of Irish investment limited partnerships if formed under recently adopted amendments to the Irish investment limited partnership law. The panel also discussed how U.S. investment managers could use them in global distribution strategies and integrate them with other funds the managers sponsor, and certain E.U. and U.S. tax and accounting matters that would apply to them.
