Sullivan's John Gahan Recognized as 2021 Real Estate and Construction Law Trailblazer

Boston, MA - Congratulations to Sullivan partner John Gahan for being named to the National Law Journal's 2021 Real Estate/Construction Law Trailblazers List.

Recognized for his skill in drafting documents and legislation which help preserve publicly assisted affordable housing, John has been at the forefront of important issues affecting affordable housing development. Recently, John’s thought-leadership has expanded to Opportunity Zones (OZ) where he helped create and currently serves as co-leader of the firm's Opportunity Zones Group, making Sullivan one of the first national law firms to create a separate OZ practice.
