Sullivan & Worcester Elects Shu Wei as Partner in Boston

Boston, MA - Sullivan & Worcester LLP announced that the firm has elected Shu Wei as partner in the Boston office.

Shu is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets group. She represents public and private companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), in a wide array of corporate and securities matters. Shu counsels clients in equity and debt financings, including initial and follow-on public offerings and private placements, as well as corporate finance and joint ventures. She also represents public companies in securities law compliance, disclosure and reporting, stock exchange listing, corporate organization and governance matters.

"Shu has advised REITs across industry sectors on a number of multi-million and billion-dollar transactions, in U.S. and foreign markets," said co-managing partner David Nagle. "She is highly regarded at Sullivan and among our clients. We are very pleased to welcome her to the partnership."

Shu received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College.
