Biography

Ian Ludd represents issuers, investment banks and investors in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including confidentially marketed public offerings, reverse mergers and high-yield debt exchange offers. He advises clients on securities disclosure and compliance matters under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and regularly prepares registration statements and offering documents under the Securities Act of 1933. Ian has represented clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals and digital assets.

Before joining Sullivan, Ian was an associate in the capital markets practice of a national law firm in New York.
