London – Sullivan & Worcester (Sullivan) is advising financial technology company Muse Finance on aspects of its documentation which has led to the launch of musePay, its Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product that integrates with global small business platform, Xero, and Allianz Trade, the global leader in trade credit insurance.

The integration between musePay and Xero will allow UK SMEs active on the Xero accounting platform – of which there are more than five million users in the UK alone – to manage their finances more easily by providing them with more ways to pay, including bespoke repayment plans to suit their business's cashflow needs. Muse Finance says that by teaming up with Allianz Trade, Muse Finance will also give businesses and their customers more financial tools to make their lives easier and more secure.

New features include allowing vendors to obtain immediate payment through the Xero invoicing system and allowing customers to access longer terms of up to 90 days.

The Sullivan team advising Muse Finance is led by London partner Geoffrey Wynne with associate Matilda Johnson.
