Molly Depew will present “Basics of Estate and Trust Administration” at the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Skills Training for Estate Planners, a virtual conference taking place September 17–18 and sponsored by the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section.

The program offers a streamlined, practice-focused introduction to estate planning for attorneys building skills in trusts and estates. Ideal for young lawyers and those transitioning into the field, the course provides a strong foundation in core estate planning principles. Led by a distinguished faculty of subject-matter experts, the curriculum covers a broad range of essential topics in a clear and accessible format.

Molly’s session will review the steps involved in estate administration and considerations for executors, as well as the operational side of trusts, including the role of trust accountings and the duties of a trustee. She will present the session with co-presenter John Strohmeyer of John Strohmeyer Law.
