The panelists discussed "Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Compliance for the Art Market - Emerging Trends and Challenges," and explored recent developments in economic sanctions and anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the United States and United Kingdom as they relate to the art industry. They also discussed implementation challenges with respect to these laws and will address efforts by industry participants to develop standards and best practices for ensuring compliance with these laws.
