


Chris is the Director of Library & Knowledge Services at Sullivan & Worcester. He oversees the firm’s legal and business research and records management operations. Chris also drives Sullivan’s knowledge management, information governance, and research resource strategies. He is a member of Sullivan’s Information Governance Committee. During his career, he has built Knowledge Management and Competitive Intelligence programs in in-house and law firm settings.
Chris is the past chair of the 1,400 member national Private Law Librarians Special Interest Section (PLLIP-SIS) of AALL and is a past President of the Association of Boston Law Librarians. He has been a member of the Bloomberg Law Knowledge Management Advisory Committee and was a Trustee of the Insurance Library of Boston for many years, chairing the Library and Marketing Committee. He served as an inaugural member of the Thomson Reuters Westlaw Corporate Advisory Committee and has volunteered on a number of PLLIP-SIS committees. He currently serves on the Strategic Directions Committee of the PLLIP-SIS. Chris also is active in his local community as a publicly-elected official in his town of Georgetown, MA, where he has been a Trustee of the Georgetown Peabody Library since 2007.
Chris has spoken at numerous conferences on the subject of knowledge management and legal artificial intelligence, and authored the chapter “AI Tools and Applications” in the 2019 New York Law Institute’s book Law Librarians in the Age of AI.
