Biography

Alexander Gansebom represents clients in a range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, capital raising and general corporate governance.

Alex advises clients on complex corporate transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and capital raises. Alex also advises clients on corporate governance and other matters. Alex has worked with clients across a range of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, agriculture, renewable energy and technology, with a primary focus on middle market transactions. Before joining Sullivan, Alexander was an associate at a national law firm in Omaha, Nebraska.
