

Kristin Lopes is the Director of Human Resources at Sullivan & Worcester. She leads the firm’s Human Resources function, partnering closely with attorneys and administrative leadership to support organizational effectiveness, professional development and a positive workplace culture. In this role, Kristin oversees all core HR operations, including talent acquisition and performance management for administration, employee relations, compliance and policy development. She also guides the firm’s approach to compensation, benefits and workforce planning for administration to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the partnership.
Kristin partners with the Chief Marketing & Talent Officer for developing and implementing programs that support attorney and staff growth, including training initiatives and leadership development. She collaborates with Practice Group Leaders and department directors to ensure that legal professionals receive the appropriate experience and developmental support for their career stage.
Kristin also co-leads the firm’s onboarding efforts, ensuring new attorneys and staff are successfully acclimated to the firm’s culture, expectations and resources. Kristin is a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Wellness Committee to advance initiatives that foster a welcoming and equitable workplace.
In addition, she advises firm leadership on HR Strategy, organizational development and change management, ensuring the firm remains compliant, competitive and well positioned for growth.
