Tsahi advises international and domestic private equity and venture capital firms, as well as startup, growth-stage and mature companies from a variety of industries, in all stages of equity financing, debt, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling. He regularly provides counsel on a wide array of ongoing legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, drafting of corporate actions and policies, providing legal opinions, and negotiating on various corporate and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Sullivan, Tsahi worked at a leading Israeli law firm specializing in hi-tech and commercial law. He previously served as a legal advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Finance.
