Sam represents both public and private clients in a range of corporate matters and financing transactions. He also represents public companies in securities law compliance, general disclosure and periodic reporting and governance matters. Additionally, Sam has experience advising clients on legal and regulatory issues that arise in the cryptocurrency space, including acquisitions and securities law matters.
While attending Northeastern University School of Law, Sam was a fellow in the Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy and a representative on Northeastern Law's Alumni Board. During law school, Sam also worked for the Massachusetts Medical Society, Sullivan & Worcester, the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and the Human Rights Law Network in New Delhi, India.
