Ruoya is a first-year associate in our Boston office. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review and as Teaching Assistant for both the first-year Legal Research and Writing Class and for Contracts Law. She was also the Teaching Assistant for Martha Davis, the University Distinguished Professor of Law, in the upper-level Professional Responsibility class.

While in law school, Ruoya worked as a student attorney in the law school's Community Business Clinic, where she provided legal services to community startups and entrepreneurs. She also completed a judicial internship in the Honorable Indira Talwani’s chambers in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and an internship at the Massachusetts Securities Division.
