Prati is a first-year associate in Sullivan’s Boston office. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Northeastern University Law Review and a member of its Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee. She graduated with an MBA from Northeastern University and concentrated in finance and leading people and organizations. While earning her MBA, Prati served as the Chief Compliance Officer of the 360 Huntington Fund, a student-run mutual fund. During law school, Prati served as a judicial intern for Judge Peter Krupp, Massachusetts Superior Court and for Justice David Lowy, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Previously, Prati was a Teach for America corps member in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she taught kindergarten while earning her Master’s in Education.
