Mike focuses his practice on real estate and land-use law and specializes in permitting and land use litigation. He has worked on a wide variety of land use litigation matters at the trial and appellate level in Massachusetts, including cases involving zoning amendment challenges (including challenges to PDAs and IMPs), easements, adverse possession, boundary disputes, challenges under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, and enforcement requests. He is also a co-editor of the Massachusetts Zoning Manual, published by the MCLE.
