Merav focuses her practice on capital markets and U.S. securities law. Before joining Sullivan, Merav practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she handled securities, commercial, white-collar crime, venture capital and M&A litigation. Merav previously clerked for then-State Attorney, Edna Arbel, who was appointed Israel Supreme Court Justice.
Upon returning to Israel, Merav practiced commercial and civil litigation with Agmon & Co. and thereafter specialized mainly in regulatory and compliance issues as Legal Counsel at the Association of Banks in Israel and at the Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority.
