Martin A. Etcheverry, of counsel in Sullivan & Worcester’s Boston office, is a member of the Corporate Group. He has significant and extensive experience in international transactions involving technology-based multinational as well as small and emerging companies. Martin has participated in structuring and overseeing development projects internationally.

  • Represented clients in international transactions involving the acquisition of foreign companies and various commercial undertakings abroad
  • Counseled private equity investment funds during expansion programs to a number of countries in Latin America
  • Advised clients on corporate governance project based on the concept of disseminating ethical standards of good corporate governance worldwide
  • Structured numerous technology-based domestic and international license agreements for multinational companies
  • Coordinated enforcement efforts abroad for the protection of intellectual property rights of Fortune 100 company
  • Represented sellers or buyers of substantially technology-based companies in the Massachusetts area and internationally on mergers and acquisitions matters
  • Served as lead counsel of biotech projects overseeing all regulatory and contractual aspects of research and development, including clinical studies and representation before the Food and Drug Administration
