Martin is a member of the Corporate and Finance Groups in our Boston office. He has significant and extensive experience in international transactions involving multinational companies as well as emerging companies. Martin has participated in structuring and overseeing development projects internationally.

  • Counseled private equity investment funds during expansion programs into other countries
  • Advised clients on corporate governance project based on the concept of disseminating ethical standards of good corporate governance worldwide

  • Coordinated enforcement efforts abroad for the protection of intellectual property rights of Fortune 100 companies
  • Represented sellers or buyers on mergers and acquisitions matters
  • Advised on biotechnology projects on regulatory and contractual aspects of research and development, including representation before the Food and Drug Administration
