Luna advises on a variety of banking and finance transactions and disputes involving parties in a range of jurisdictions.
Her transactional experience includes syndicated and bilateral financing, receivables financing, supply chain finance, as well as structured and unstructured trade finance.
On the dispute resolution side, she has worked on a variety of disputes relating to letters of credit and documentary collections, trade related professional negligence claims and insurance policies that support global trade.
Luna also works closely with Sullivan’s team advising financiers and fintechs on developing tools and platforms to progress the digitalisation of trade finance and on the proposals to reform the legal landscape within which digitised technology will work.
