Leigh’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate matters, as well as representation of institutional investors and fund of funds in equity and debt investments in private equity funds, real estate investment funds, co-investments and joint ventures. Leigh also represents sponsors in the formation of private investment funds for commercial timberland, commercial farmland and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Sullivan, Leigh clerked for Justice Miriam Naor of the Israeli Supreme Court.

Representative Client Work

  • Continually represents institutional investors in private equity investments ranging from $20-$50 million per investment
  • Represented a commercial timberland and farmland investment management firm in its formation of a commercial timberland and farmland investment fund with aggregate offering proceeds in excess of $500 million
  • Represented a life insurance company in structuring and committing $200 million in equity capital for interests in a private investment fund and joint venture, including transactions involving real property
