This encompasses assisting financial institutions, investors and developers in the development and financing of residential, commercial and industrial projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, condominiums, apartments, energy facilities and assisted living and other health care facilities in every phase, from title, survey and zoning, to construction, marketing, leasing and finance.

  • Represented a state retirement fund in the acquisition, renovation and leasing of the Silver City Galleria in Taunton, MA
  • Represented real estate development company in the proposed acquisition of the Cape Cod Mall
  • Represented developer in land acquisition, development and conversion to a condominium of a mixed use project in western Massachusetts including hotel, office and retail uses
  • Represented “big box” retailer in the development of its store in southeastern Massachusetts
  • Represented developer of a mixed use condominium project comprised of both historic structures and new construction in Nantucket
  • Represented regional supermarket chain in development of sites for stores in Maine and Massachusetts
  • Represented developer in land acquisition, development and tax exempt bond financing for fifteen plus assisted living facilities in the Northeast
  • Represented not-for-profit health care organization in development of The Orchard Cove Continuing Care Retirement Community in Canton, MA
  • Represented developer in acquisition and development of sites for Brooks and CVS Pharmacies
  • Represented developer/general contractor in the development, construction and financing of government assisted low and moderate income housing projects in the Northeast
  • Represented independent power producer, Environmental Power Corporation, in the development and financing of 80 mega watt alternate energy power projects in Texas, Utah and Pennsylvania
  • Represented professional services firm as tenant in the leasing and subleasing of office space in major cities throughout the US
  • Represented Boston Water and Sewer Commission in the acquisition of property in Boston proposed as their headquarters
  • Represented developer in assembling land on Cape Cod for a proposed golf course
  • Represented limited liability company in the acquisition of 8,000 acres of timberland
  • Established air rights scheme to implement the divestiture of AT&T
