Jeremy represents investment banks, hedge and private equity funds and individuals in white collar and securities litigation matters and investigations initiated by the SEC, CFTC, DOJ and New York Attorney General.
While in law school, Jeremy worked in the DOJ's Civil Rights Division, Educational Opportunities Section, enforcing federal school desegregation orders and school discipline initiatives.
