Jennifer leads Sullivan's Global Debt and Claims Trading practice. She works with hedge funds, investment banks and asset managers in multi-national trade claim transactions and distressed investing matters. Jennifer represents clients in secondary loan trades in the US and European markets and is an active member of the Loan Syndication and Trading Association (LSTA) and the Loan Market Association (LMA).
With her knowledge of the distressed market, Jennifer provides tailored legal advice at every stage of a transaction. She regularly consults with related Sullivan practice areas, providing an integrated approach to each client's needs. She also advises on loan portfolio and private securities transactions, compliance with federal securities law, the use of the "big boy" letter and other distressed trading issues. Additionally, she regularly counsels clients on bespoke transactions as needed.
