Jennifer is a staff attorney in the Real Estate Department of Sullivan’s Boston office. Her practice focuses on commercial leasing matters. She primarily represents landlords in lease transactions, including lease drafting and negotiations, with experience in office, medical, warehouse and retail leasing. Landlord clients have included public and privately held owners of office, medical and mixed-use buildings throughout the United States.
