Jeff is Sullivan's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group Leader. His practice consists of representing debtors, hedge funds, private equity funds, financial institutions, independent directors and trade creditors in restructuring distressed companies. Jeff works with clients in a variety of industries, including financial, energy, healthcare, automotive, retail, telecommunications and manufacturing. He regularly advises boards of directors in distressed situations and provides counsel to parties to credit default swap transactions.
Jeff has been recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. for years 2019-2020 and named a New York Super Lawyer for the years 2013-2019 as well as a "Rising Star" in 2011 and 2012. He was also recognized by Law360 as a "Rising Star" in 2014 and was selected by Turnarounds & Workouts as an "Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer" in 2012.
