Isaac's practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, representing both issuers and underwriters in various transactions, including IPOs, SPAC transactions, private placements and follow on offerings. He advises clients on ongoing corporate and governance matters as well as SEC compliance & disclosures. Isaac also advises investors, entrepreneurs, and start-up companies in all legal and commercial aspects.
Prior to joining Sullivan, Isaac practiced in New York at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP. He also served as a senior advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Finance and he advised private-public (government) joint ventures.
Isaac clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel and his academic work was cited in multiple courts' decisions, including the Israeli Supreme Court. Isaac regularly teaches at law schools in Israel and he serves as a Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces at the reserve Paratroopers Brigade.
