Prior to rejoining Sullivan & Worcester, Gina was the director of comprehensive permit programs for Mass Housing where she built a new department responsible for meeting Mass Housing's obligations regarding residential projects being developed under Chapter 40B.

Gina formerly served as associate general counsel with the Division of Capital Asset Management, previously known as the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, where she represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in its real estate transactions. She was also associated with Sherburne, Powers & Needham where she represented developers, lenders and non-profit organizations.
