Gina spent nine years at Sullivan and rejoined the firm in 2016. Over the years her practice has focused on most aspects of commercial real estate law: land use regulation, title, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, property management, condominiums and financing. She represents developers and REITS as well as handling the real estate needs of businesses from other industries.

Prior to rejoining Sullivan, Gina was the director of comprehensive permit programs for MassHousing where she built a new department responsible for meeting MassHousing's obligations regarding residential projects being developed under Chapter 40B.

Gina formerly served as associate general counsel with the Division of Capital Asset Management, previously known as the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, where she represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in its real estate transactions. She was also associated with Sherburne, Powers & Needham where she represented developers, lenders and non-profit organizations.
