Christopher advises registered investment advisors on regulatory matters relating to mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds (including BDCs). He also assists clients in drafting disclosure for and review of routine regulatory filings under Form N-1A, N-CSR and N-2, as well as advising on proxy matters and drafting of relevant materials and filings.
