Aaron is a capital markets partner in the New York office. He advises issuers, investment banks and private equity firms in a wide array of capital-raising transactions, with a particular focus on initial public and follow-on primary and secondary equity offerings. Clients also turn to Aaron for advice on general corporate, governance and securities law matters, including complex SEC financial reporting and disclosure issues.
Aaron's broad experience spans industries such as technology, consumer goods, energy and healthcare, among others. Prior to joining Sullivan, Aaron served as both in-house counsel and assistant corporate secretary to a S&P 500 technology company, and was a partner at an AmLaw top 10 global law firm.
