- An agent and bank and conduit purchasers in connection with securitization of trade receivables originated by US subsidiaries of a multi-national integrated supply chain manager and agri-business and supported by credit insurance
- An international bank in connection with the establishment of a special purpose company which makes loans to quick service restaurant franchisees
- Conduit purchasers and liquidity providers in connection with investments in term and variable funding tranches of market value and cash flow CDOs domiciled in the United States, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions
- An agent and bank and conduit purchasers in connection with multi-currency securitization of USD and CAD denominated trade receivables originated by a leading Canadian based consumer food products company
- A bank lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a pool of small ticket equipment leases
- A bank lender in connection with a warehouse credit facility to a special purpose subsidiary of a subprime auto loan company
- An agent and bank and conduit purchasers in connection with securitization of trade receivables originated by one the largest U.S. agricultural and specialty chemical formulators and distributors
- Conduit lenders with respect to mortgage warehouse facilities, including master repurchase agreements
