Challenge
Mazor Robotic has been a client from its start-up days in the early 2000s through its U.S. IPO and the company's Nasdaq listing in 2013. We had helped Mazor penetrate the U.S. market, and it was poised for acquisition by Medtronic.
Getting to Next
We worked on the sale from the very beginning of the transaction and later helped with negotiations, funding and listing on the Tel Aviv stock exchange as well as Nasdaq.
Results
The client's acquisition by Medtronic for $1.6 billion was the biggest exit ever for an Israeli biomed company. This deal shows the strength of Mazor's product and the hard work of its founders, executive management and many employees.
