Real Estate Finance Attorney Teresa "Teri" Long Joins Sullivan as Counsel in New York
New York, NY, November 28, 2017 – International law firm Sullivan today announced the arrival of Teresa "Teri" Long as counsel with the Real Estate Group in New York. Previously an associate at DLA Piper LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP, Long follows partners Joseph Philip Forte and Barbara J. Shachnow to S&W as part of the firm's expanded real estate finance practice.

A seasoned real estate finance attorney, Long represents lenders and borrowers and focuses her practice on the origination and securitization of complex commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans (both CMBS and Portfolio financings) with collateral covering a wide range of asset classes throughout the United States. In addition, she represents companies on the sale and purchase of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, loan portfolios, junior notes, participation interests, and pledges to repurchase facilities.
