The second edition of this comprehensive practitioner’s guide has been extensively updated and expanded by Sullivan’s Trade and Commodity Finance team to reflect developments in law and practice. Key topics now covered include digitalisation of trade, structured LCs, supply chain finance, Incoterms and more.
