Sullivan hosted a panel discussion on January 14, 2020 entitled, "Who's Your Buyer?"

Sullivan partner Lew Segall moderated the panel, which featured buyers and sellers of all types, including Doug Elder, VP & GM of Semiconductor business unit at Optimal+, Peter Sullivan, Former CEO of Accurate Fasteners, Rena Clark, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Laurel Oak Capital Partners, and Jessica Reed, Partner of Alta Equity Partners. The panelists discussed owners' considerations when selecting a buyer, the benefits of selling your company to a strategic buyer, the benefits of selling your company to a private equity buyer, M&A lessons learned by executives who went through the sale process with their company and portfolio company success stories achieved by private equity buyers.
