Sullivan & Worcester hosted a Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar entitled "Crisis, What Crisis? – What has the industry worried and what should the industry be worried about?" on July 21, 2016 at Pinners Hall in London.

Marian Boyle, Mark Norris and Sam Fowler-Holmes discussed some of the most pressing issues for banks and financial institutions including a sanctions update with a look at the LMA Sanctions clause, the effect of the Modern Slavery Act on transactions, Brexit issues and the outcome and potential benefits of the PRA’s consultation on “bail-in” wording.
