Part One of a Two-Part Series on Structured Trade Finance Transactions

For our March 2023 and April 2023 Trade & Export Finance Webinars, Sullivan was pleased to present a two-part series on Structured Trade Finance Transactions, in which members of the Sullivan team will cover various aspects of structured trade finance transactions, including looking at legal and practical ways to deal with different types of risks that may arise.

In Part One, on Thursday, 23 March 2023, Sam Fowler-Holmes and Dyna Yates provided a refresher of structured trade finance transactions, including PXF, prepayment financing, borrowing base and others.

In Part Two, on Thursday, 20 April 2023, Sam Fowler-Holmes, Natalie Lake and Maria Capocci will consider key techniques for mitigating risk in trade financings, including structuring solutions and third party credit support. They will also provide insight into how to handle additional risks that arise due to the nature of cross border financing.
