Sullivan & Worcester sponsored a two-panel program and networking event titled "Hot Topics for Art Businesses in 2023: NFTs and Sustainability," presented by the Responsible Art Market Initiative – RAM New York Regional Committee on March 2, 2023 at Phillips in New York City. Sullivan partner Nicholas O'Donnell, co-chair of the New York chapter of the Responsible Art Market Initiative, provided the opening remarks.

The program included two panel discussions on topics affecting the art world. The first panel on NFTs addressed the risks and opportunities in NFT collecting, including recent developments, future trends and logistics. The second panel on Sustainability discussed what the term "sustainability" means for the art world and how art market participants can have a positive impact on the 3 Ps of Profits, People and Planet.

The morning program was followed by a networking reception and art viewing of Phillips’ upcoming “New Now” auction.
